Dr. Zakir Hussain took the oath of loyalty to the constitution of India.

Dr. Zakir Hussain called India “the young state of ancient people” because although India is full of many young people, people of new generation but the value of our ancestors tried to endeavour and realised also still can be viewed. Our past is not dead, our ancient values are not dead, they are still alive.

Dr. Zakir Hussain pledges himself to service of absolute timeless values which have been realised. He pledge himself to the loyalty of our past culture. To the service of tatality of country’s culture, to work for its strength and progress and welfare of its people

Benjy understood the another thing about the business of hens, and that was that eggs could be sold to callers at the back door of house, in
scores and half-scores and fivers and the money from these eggs was put carefully.

14. What did Benjy want to do with money?
Benjy did not know about stock market. He wanted to use his money in creating more houses for more hens and then selling more eggs and
making more money. He could not have made a pair of boots for himself.

15. Why does the poet want to go away from his beloved?

Poet knows that everyone one has to die one day. He compares death to going away from his beloved. So he wants to go away from his
beloved and wants to feel the death.

16. What does the poet mean when he says “Now the leaves are falling fast”?

The poet has compared tress to human life. He means the leaves of a tree are falling and the tree becomes leafless. It is also meant by a
person who slowly goes to its death and at last in a grave. Like a tree every human life has to destroy one day. There is none who can be alive
